Terms and Conditions — 99ab Game Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 99ab Game platform in any capacity — whether through the website, the mobile application or any other channel — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 99ab Game regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior communications or arrangements.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authority to do so and that they also agree to these terms. If at any point you no longer agree with these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to request account closure.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that particular offer only.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The 99ab Game platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits, place bets or access any gaming content on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been barred from the platform.
• You must be the rightful owner of the payment method used to deposit funds.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when placing bets or using the casino.
• Employees, contractors and associates of 99ab Game and its technology partners are not permitted to hold active player accounts.

99ab Game reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, your account may be suspended and any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To use the full features of 99ab Game — including placing bets, depositing funds and claiming bonuses — you must register an account. Registration is free and open to all eligible users.

• You may only hold one account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. This includes your name, date of birth, contact number and payment details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 99ab Game support immediately.
• Account registration using false identity, temporary email addresses or VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions is not permitted.
• 99ab Game may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification includes a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at our discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe that a player has violated any provision of these terms.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 99ab Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support a range of payment methods commonly used across Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets.

• Deposits are credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds.
• The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction.
• You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 99ab Game does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for betting or gaming for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity review. You will be notified before any action is taken.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawing your winnings should be straightforward. 99ab Game processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, to maintain financial accountability.

• Withdrawals are paid in PKR to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast-linked accounts or via bank transfer.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when withdrawing above a certain threshold. This is standard procedure and is not a reflection on your account standing.
• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during PSL match days or other peak periods may take slightly longer to process due to high transaction volumes, though we aim to process all requests within the standard timeframe.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or multi-accounting will result in cancellation of the withdrawal and suspension of the account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

99ab Game runs a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, PSL season specials, fish game cashback and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all offers:

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion description. Read these before claiming.
• Only one welcome bonus per player is permitted. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, sports betting wagers may contribute at a different rate than slots or fish games. The contribution rates are specified in individual promotion pages.
• 99ab Game reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice before a running promotion is cancelled.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including collusion, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or the use of automated tools — will result in bonus cancellation and account review.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 99ab Game — whether on cricket, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, football, esports or casino games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be changed or cancelled after it has been accepted by the system unless a clear platform error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds, a game result or a live in-play market, 99ab Game reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stake amounts refunded.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are shown in the betting interface. These limits may vary depending on your account level, VIP tier and the specific event.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Rain-affected matches follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the trading team. Odds may be suspended at any time during live play.
• Casino games, slots and fish games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Results are independently determined and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Fish game outcomes are determined by the game server in real time. Any claim of manipulation or interference not originating from a verified platform error will not be upheld.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99ab Game. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading or using non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, including fish game rooms or live casino tables, to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape or otherwise interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Providing false identification documents or impersonating another person during the verification process.
• Abusing the customer support team or using threatening, harassing or offensive language in any communications with 99ab Game staff.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

99ab Game may suspend or permanently close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity for an extended period without any deposits, bets or logins.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider linked to the account.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's own request with no outstanding issues, verified balances will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting 99ab Game support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the self-exclusion period selected.

10. Limitation of Liability

99ab Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and a reliable gaming experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• 99ab Game is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service interruptions that affect your ability to access the platform.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from bets placed in error by the player, including incorrect selections, wrong stake amounts or misread odds.
• In the event of a genuine platform error that affects a bet or game outcome, our liability is limited to the refund of the original stake placed.
• 99ab Game does not accept liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to use responsible gaming tools that are available within the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence on our part, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data

99ab Game collects and processes personal data as part of operating the platform. This includes registration information, transaction records, betting history and device/usage data. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and deliver customer support.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast) and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of completing transactions and maintaining platform security.
• By using the platform you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

Online gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial stress or anxiety. 99ab Game takes responsible gaming seriously and provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
